ON BOARD COMPUTER MODULE AND ALL OTHER RITELLO ACCESSORIES
We guarantee each new Ritello to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and agree to replace all parts thereof shall under normal use and service fail, for any cause, within THREE YEARS from the date of sale, provided examination discloses to our satisfaction that parts were defective, and shipping prepaid by customer. Such replacements shall include labor.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF:
- Separator is not kept clean. Clean EVERY month.
- Machine is stored over water basin.
- Water is eliminated (just mud, no water).
OUR OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY AND IS LIMITED TO THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING AND IS NOT VALID IF THE MANUFACTURER'S SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN DEFACED, REMOVED, OR CHANGED AS IT IS OUR ONLY MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION, ALSO NOT VALID WHEN UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE OR ATTEMPTED.

THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE AND BRING THE RITELLO WITH THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION TO THE AUTHORIZED OFFICE OR SERVICE CENTER
GENESIS 50:20 AIR SOLUTIONS WILL FURNISH SERVICE/LABOR OR PAY FOR SERVICES NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE RITELLO SPECIFIED IN THIS CONTRACT IN OPERATING CONDITION DURING THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT, PROVIDED SUCH SERVICE IS NECESSITATED BY PRODUCT FAILURE DURING NORMAL USE. THIS SERVICE POLICY COVERS SERVICE/LABOR AND DOES NOT COVER BROKEN OR WORN PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE RITELLO TO CORRECT OPERATING CONDITION. THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT SHALL COMMENCE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THE STANDARD WARRANTY AS IN ABOVE. NEW OR REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE TO BE PURCHASED AT THE CURRENT PRICE.
SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED BY GENESIS 50:20 AIR SOLUTIONS SERVICE CENTER OR AT SUCH OTHER LOCATION AS MAY BE DESIGNATED BY GENESIS 50:20 AIR SOLUTIONS. ALL PRODUCTS TO BE SERVICED MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND PICKED UP AT THE SERVICE CENTER DESIGNATED AT CUSTOMER EXPENSES. SHIPPING COVERED BY CUSTOMER.
THIS EXTENDED SERVICE/LABOR POLICY WILL BE NULL AND VOID IF PROPER CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT MAINTAINED. THIS POLICY DOES NOT COVER CLEAN-UPS.
*** ALL SERVICE is to be done at our office in Jarrell, Texas. We do NOT make house calls. Just go to our Service Request form, leaving a brief description of your concern, as well as a requested day and time that is convenient for you to bring the equipment in for service. A representative will then contact you to schedule your time for service.
